leadership Leadership Development

Leadership is applicable to all facets of business.
It is the ability to ameliorate and to expand your perspectives, to set the context of a goal, to understand the dynamics of human behaviour and to take the initiative to get where you want to be.
REED CONSULTING helps you to develop your leadership skills, to clarify your business objectives and guiding principles and to build a business reputation with productive and authentic business relationships.
Leadership development is a process of participating in respectful interviewing when the leader recognizes his or her assets and those of others, to build safe and trusting relationships.
Organizations need to improve productivity to fuel growth and profit, therefore Business coaching fuels productivity.
Productivity doesn’t only happen when people focus on financial and technical issues. They also must build on the capacity of leaders, managers, to help their employees with the intangible elements of human resource management.
The key is developing and sustaining individual and group business behaviour to achieve the desired results.
Leadership development coaching builds management skills so that managers can achieve their goals inside the organisation.
Leadership development is personal development, therefore leadership is an interactive communication that pulls people toward becoming at ease with the language of business responsibility and commitment.
Leadership is not just for people at the top. Everyone can learn to lead if one understands the power that lies within to make the difference.

organisational Organizational Change Management

Almost all people are nervous about change but in many cases the target population for the change will come to realize that the change was for the better.

Organizational Change Management seeks to understand the sentiments of the target population and work with them to promote efficient delivery of the change and enthusiastic support for results.

Some of the examples we can find in a company are : failure to find objectives, lack of communication, inexperience, technical issues, and mostly project management problems.

There are several change styles that can be appropriate :

A- Collaborative : the target population are engaged in the process
B- Consultative : the target population is informed about the changes and their views are sought.
C- Directive : the workforce is informed about the changes and why those changes are.
D- Coercive : the workforce is told that they must obey the new instructions.

manage International Management Strategy

“Strategy means creating the future of the business and maintaining its success.”

Many Managing Directors, Owners, CEO’s ,COO’s, CFO’s are searching for fine-tuning strategy, reconsidering markets or simply rebuilding the business for profitability. Most of them use consultants to assist with the preparation and completion of their business issues and to ensure rigor and comprehensiveness.
Executives in different countries and industries use business and organizational change as a guide for thorough analysis and timely decision making. This helps to improve the capacity of top management to take a step back from day to day operations and to think strategically, to agree to go forward and to achieve the planned objectives.

The main points in management strategy are to :

– Assess the reality i.e, to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats through the analysis of the business and organization.
– Receive input from the reports of your direct suppliers and costumers
– Analyze the top items in each of the four categories: strengths ,weaknesses, opportunities, threats .
– Define goals and measurements for each category. Each execution plan is detailed by the individual or teams accountable for delivering the result.
– Implement corporate strategy, which is implementing change and translating strategy into action.
– Act on Internaional Management HR- which is acting as the guardian of senior talent management.
– Maintain the companies Ethics.
– Promote Team Building, Quality Service, Luxury Attitude, Art of Details, Time Management.

management Cross Cultural Management

Cross-cultural management is the understanding of issues, problems and practices in application cross cultural psychology , socio-cultural anthropology, sociology, communication and related disciplines to cross- cultural management.
Cross-cultural management is the art to deal with people coming from different mentalities, behaviors and ideologies to install harmony in a business world.
Cross cultural management is a field in which effective coaching is given to a person who has had the opportunity of absorbing more than one culture through the knowledge of one or more languages and the experience of living in more than one country.
Cultural differences in the management of people and change, include areas such as motivation, leadership, and decision making.
Often the main causes of failure in international business are poor communication and inability to manage in different cultures. They can slow the decision making process, can inhibit management and block information.
Managers rarely give managing cultural differences and communications the importance they merit and unfortunately cultural awareness is not a pre-requisite for international senior management positions. Cross-cultural sensitivity will not develop itself in mono-cultural contexts. Many leaders unfortunately lack the attitudes, skills, and behaviors which are needed to work successfully with culturally diverse stakeholders.
These managers must find innovative alternatives to their usual mono-cultural approaches in order to achieve result.
Cross-cultural coaching will achieve this goal.

REED CONSULTING goals towards the success of companies and organizations to rely more and more on the capacity of managers to foresee business strategies and to train management to become global forward thinkers.

“The best way to improve yourself … is to challenge yourself.”
